I would find it easier

If this site put the person who wrote the post's name/photo at the top instead of the bottom.

When a post is long, I have to scroll down to see who wrote it, then back up to read it.

Just my two cents.

Or maybe I should get a bigger monitor.

Yeah I have a problem with that too... when I first got here it took me a little bit to figure out who posted what

Ok... the new "blog" layout when looking at individual posts pretty much solve this.
