My baby daughter got married this weekend. She hasn't had a church wedding yet so it doesn't feel final, yet it does. It's hard to explain how I feel right now. She got married in Michigan because he's an illegal, it's not his fault there's a long story behind why he is. He's been in America his whole life though. Anyways in Michigan they don't require you to show I.D. or have a social security number to get married so they got married there. It's also where he grew up. Their plan is to move back there someday. They wanted to get his legalization process moving so they got married that way. The church wedding will be at the end of this month.

I feel like a chapter is now opened in my life but it's an open page with no words on it. There seems to be no direction as to where the story leads from here. We've raised two girls, they're married off. They're adults now and sort of on their own. Although they younger one and her husband will be living with us til they get on their feet, they are still on their own for the most part. So I'm guessing I'm wondering if this is the happily ever after part or if there's more adventure for me and my wife on the horizon? I guess I'll just wait and see what the author does with our characters now.
